Directions   

Suspend 28.0 grams in 1000 ml purified/distilled water. Warm to bubbling to break up the medium totally. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs weight (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C. If wanted, the medium can be improved with 5-10% blood or other organic liquids. Blend well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
